Our hiring process focuses on treating every candidate with integrity, accountability, respect, and excellence throughout the recruitment procedure.

The hiring process consists of:

 1-    Review

 We review applicants based on the job requirements

 2-    Interviews

 We conduct interviews to get a better understanding of the applicant and also to make sure whether they are suitable for the job

 3-    Shadow Shift

 Shadow shift takes place after the interview where the applicant works in the care home with the service users and gets an idea about the working pattern of a particular care home

 4-    Offer

 Finally, an offer is being made to the final candidate that is most qualified for the particular job

 5-    Screening

following satisfactory references and DBS checks, you will be invited on to a Corporate Induction Day
